What sets this organization apart is its emphasis on nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.We are looking for analytics expertise with extensive exposure to Banking.Job Role & Responsibility :- The position will be part of the central analytics team at the Company.- Responsible for solutions and delivering analytics insight needed to drive decision-making for multiple stakeholders.- Work hands-on on assigned projects along with coaching and mentoring junior team members.- Support departments in building, implementing, and tracking analytics use cases.- Present and discuss the results of analytics use cases with stakeholders.Skill set :- Proficiency in predictive modeling and Machine learning (Logistic/Linear regression, GBM, XG Boost, Scorecard development, Time-series forecasting, Segmentation, etc.)- Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, and Insights generation.- Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (QlikView).- Expert in at least one programming language: Python, R, SAS.OTHER COMPETENCIES :- Excellent communication skills.- Proven stakeholder management experience.- Proven team leadership/team management experience.
