We are known for our diverse culture and emerging technology.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF INTEGRATION SUPPORT :- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand merchant requirements and expectations.- Provide technical support and guidance to merchants during the integration process, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.- Work closely with internal development teams to customize integrations and ensure seamless connectivity between merchants and our platform.- Conduct testing and validation of merchant integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants post-integration, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.- Continuously monitor and optimize integration processes to improve efficiency and scalability.- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in merchant integration and payment processing.- Assist merchants in understanding API documentation, SDKs, Platform language kit and other technical resources.- Knowledge about Postman API Integration.- Basic knowledge of programming language like PHP, Java, Python, ASP. Net.- Strong database knowledge (SQL,Mongo). (ref:hirist.tech)
