Job Overview :Provides guidance for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise system, application software, installation of database management aligned to the operations functions and process flow Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools and information systems. Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support operations process and information flow compatibility. Usually requires subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Key Accountability :- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the supply chain, including procurement, inventorymanagement, logistics, and distribution.- Understand current system design and architecture and help define/design IT infrastructure strategy,architecture, and processes aligned to the business needs- Assessing system performance and recommending improvements for improved planning andprocurement flow- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop system solutions aligned with the current process- Lead projects, including the design and deployment of new systems, process, integration and services- Playing a lead role in the analysis, design, documentation and implementation, of technology solutions for business processes- Collaborate with functional leaders to create better and efficient reports and visualization- Investigate and resolve operational issues, complaints, or emergencies that arise unexpectedly- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Implement best practices and tools to improve supply chain processes, streamline operations, andreduce costs.- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Monitor market trends, economic factors, and industry developments to anticipate supply chain risksand opportunities.- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for supply chain optimization, such as ERPsystems, data analytics, and automation.Desired Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 9+ Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role , driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex supply chain environments- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.- Should have strong understanding of the functional processes, in areas such as manufacturing, sales and distribution, production execution, logistics execution, procurement, and inventory management, in the ERP systems from end to end perspective to improve processes across manufacturing plants anddistribution centers to drive positive financial results.- Should have lead and represented business function in at least two enterprise wide IT implementationprojects.- Strong knowledge of SAP - PP, MM module, Power BI- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices- Experience with supply chain technologies and systems, such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and BI tools.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable supply chain strategies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage withstakeholders at all levels of the organization.
