Title : Product Manager Location : Hyderabad(On-site).Experience : 10 Years. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for GenAI products, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to deliver exceptional value to customers. - Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall vision and business objectives, prioritizing AI-driven features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends. - Collaborate with engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user interfaces and ensure they meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. - Champion the user experience by working closely with design teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces for AI-powered features, and iterate based on user feedback and usability testing. - Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence. - Develop user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of the product. - Identify and mitigate product risks. - Familiarity with ethical AI principles and practices is preferred. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks. - Ensure that AI-powered products adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines, and proactively address any potential biases or ethical concerns in AI model development and deployment. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in AI/ML is a plus. - 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (ref:hirist.tech)
