Description:
Responsibilities:- Design and develop IoT/Cloud native applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate closely with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.- Solve complex technical problems and challenges encountered during the development lifecycle.- Adhere to non-functional requirements (NFRs) related to performance, security, and scalability.- Utilize programming languages such as C# and frameworks like .NET and .NET Core for backend development.- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL Server and MongoDB, for data storage and retrieval.- Implement microservices architecture and build APIs to enable modular and scalable application development.- Leverage cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, for application deployment and management.- Write Azure functions and develop microservices to enable cloud-native application development.- Implement and maintain CI/CD processes to automate deployment and ensure continuous integration and delivery.- Utilize Azure IoT Hub for managing and connecting IoT devices and processing IoT data streams.Experience and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering roles, with a focus on IoT/Cloud native application development.- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and frameworks like .NET and .NET Core.- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL Server and MongoDB.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and building APIs.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.- Experience writing Azure functions and developing microservices.- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for automated deployment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
