Work Mode : RemoteShift Time : 2 PM to 11 PM IST- Certification is must.Responsibilities :- Customize and configure Sugar CRM based on business requirements.- Develop custom modules, workflows, and reports within Sugar CRM.- Integrate Sugar CRM with third-party applications and systems.- Troubleshoot and debug issues with Sugar CRM implementation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.- Stay updated with the latest Sugar CRM features, updates, and best practices.Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2. SugarCRM certifications3. Proven experience as a Sugar CRM Developer or similar role.4. Proficiency in PHP programming language.5. Strong understanding of Sugar CRM architecture and functionality.6. Experience with customizing Sugar CRM using Studio and Module Builder.7. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred :1. Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.2.
