We are looking for Technical Lead -Ultra Wide band (UWB) with 9 to 12 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum Location.Key Skills : UWB, Bluetooth, RTOS, device drivers, C/C++ programming, RF designThis is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 30 days or close to 30 days.Roles & Responsibilities :Design and develop UWB hardware and firmware for customer productsImplement ranging, positioning, and secure ranging applications using UWB technologyOptimize UWB system performance, power consumption, and ranging accuracyConduct system-level testing and validation of UWB solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product engineeringStay up-to-date with the latest UWB standards, trends, and best practicesDocument design specifications, code, and test proceduresRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on wireless technologiesExperience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or other wireless technologiesKnowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and device driversStrong understanding of UWB principles, ranging algorithms, and secure ranging protocolsExperience with UWB chipset and development tools from major vendors (e.g., NXP, Qorvo, etc.)Proficient in C/C++ programming for embedded systemsFamiliarity with RF design principles and wireless communication protocolsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities (ref:hirist.tech)
