We are looking for Technical Lead - Embedded Zigbee with 9 to 12 Year of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum Location.Key Skills : NFC, Zigbee, RF principles, CThis is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 30 days or close to 30 days.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects using Zigbee technologyStrong programming skills in CIn-depth knowledge of Zigbee architecture and protocolsExperience in implementing Zigbee mesh networks for industrial/IoT applicationsGeneral knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Desired SkillsEmbedded Linux development experience Knowledge of C++/Python development Experience with RTOS development (ref:hirist.tech)
