Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) resource with at least 10 years of experience. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new dashboards and customizing standard ones within Fusion HCM to meet our organization's specific needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Fusion HCM. Develop and customize OTBI dashboards and analyses to provide actionable insights into Recruitment, Core HR, Payroll, Talent management, Absence Management, Learning, and Time and Attendance. Design and implement new dashboards within Fusion HCM to visualize key HR metrics and KPIs, providing stakeholders with real-time access to relevant workforce analytics. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Digital, and business leadership, to ensure alignment of Fusion HCM solutions with organizational goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Fusion HCM and OTBI, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and usability. Provide support and training to end-users on utilizing OTBI reports effectively. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a solid understanding of OTBI modules. In-depth understanding of HR processes and data structures, with prior experience in designing and implementing HR analytics solutions. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM or OTBI will be considered a plus. Vertical:Technology
