Job Description: Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Provide personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers. Negotiate and close sales deals. After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance. Customer Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer satisfaction metrics. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
