Job Title : Engineering Manager (iOS)Experience : 8+ yearsJob Description :We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in iOS development to lead our engineering team. As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team, conducting code and design reviews, driving technology discussions, and overseeing test case reviews.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.- Conduct regular code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code that aligns with industry best practices and architectural guidelines.- Participate in and lead technology discussions, driving decisions that enhance the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our iOS applications.- Oversee test case reviews to ensure comprehensive test coverage and robust test strategies.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and best practices where appropriate.Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on iOS development.- Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, delivering high-quality software products on schedule and within budget.- Strong technical background in iOS development, including proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
