The Role : Digital Business Analyst- 5-8 years of fulltime BA experience (Requirement gathering/elicitation/BA techniques) Must have :- Very strong in Agile/Scrum principles and practices must have.- Very good experience in digital/Telecom frontend side - Website/e-com/Mobile App development Must have- Strong knowledge on API (testing), API related requirement gatherings Should Have- Candidate should be worked in all SDLC phase should have/Could have- Technical product management experience in Single Service Platform capabilities/Identity/secure authentication/User Access Management (UAM)should have- Experience in the use of corporate wikis and work collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA should have- Stakeholder management-client handling (Large scale /international clients) should have- Candidate who has already worked with BT or currently working with BT Nice to haveLocation : Bangalore Must haveMust have skills : Requirement gathering/elicitation/BA techniques, Agile/Scrum, Web/Mobile App development, Stakeholder management, API Exp Skills and experience : - Demonstrable experience of digital business analysis for customer focused digital services such as web, mobile, eCommerce and eBusiness Experience of Agile development practices and techniques - Experience of working with APIs Knowledge of Chatbots, AI and Messaging - Excellent requirements analysis and design skills - Excellent technical writing, presentation and communication skills- Good planning and time-management skills- Delivering quality digital features and solutions for our customers is at the heart of everything we do. As a Digital Business Analyst you will provide expert functional and technical design capability within the Consumer Digital team, ensuring that our Digital solutions are designed to meet both the customer and business needs whilst matching expectations for ROI, quality, reliability and speed to market. Acting as SME you will be that link between supporting our business stakeholders with their vision for our customers and translating that into requirements and innovative solutions that our Digital teams can develop and deliver. What you'll do :- Contribute to the evolution of our systems in line with our engineering principles- Lead the scoping and sizing of both in-house and external propositions, ensuring they are compliant with the given design and development standards and are fit-for-purpose- Liaise with varying stakeholders to lead solution design for the Consumer Digital Team to facilitate effective requirements gathering & development of solutions- Provide relevant consultancy skills into the business and render assistance and consultation to team members - Ensure solution design artefacts conform to chapter standards and development methodologies - Lead and contribute to the definition and delivery of solutions across work streams and technology functions to fulfil the objectives of the Consumer Digital team- Proactively mentor and develop fellow team members- Work within the chapter to ensure all outputs are of the required standard and ensure activities are coordinated with other team members- Interpret design patterns, current and target platform architecture and strategic plans when designing and developing solutions to consider the likely impact of tactical versus strategic solutions being implemented- Build solutions that promote simplicity, re-using components where practical and advocating product solutions that are robust and benefit the customer experienceSkills and experience you'll need :- Demonstrable experience of digital business analysis for customer focused digital services such as web, mobile, eCommerce and eBusiness- Experience of Agile development practices and techniques- Experience of working with APIs- Knowledge of Chatbots, AI and Messaging- Excellent requirements analysis and design skills- Excellent technical writing, presentation and communication skills - Good planning and time-management skills (ref:hirist.tech)
