Experience : 4+years (Relevant Experience)Location : Work From Office (Bangalore)Strong in selenium, java, automation testing etcBangalore based candidates are preferredTitle : Selenium Automation Tester (F2F Interview, Immediate Joiners) Job Overview :We are seeking a skilled Selenium Automation Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.Responsibilities :Test Planning and Strategy :- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand software requirements and develop test strategies.- Design and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk analysis and business impact.Automation Script Development :- Develop robust and maintainable automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.- Implement Page Object Model (POM) or other design patterns to enhance test script maintainability and reusability.Test Execution and Analysis :- Execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality across different browsers, platforms, and environments.- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Integration:- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.- Configure and maintain test automation frameworks within CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Test Maintenance and Documentation :- Regularly update and maintain automated test scripts to accommodate changes in software requirements and user interfaces.- Create comprehensive documentation for test scripts, test results, and testing processes.Performance and Load Testing :- Develop automated scripts for performance and load testing using Selenium or complementary tools (e.g., JMeter).- Measure and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and scalability.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure alignment on testing goals and priorities.- Communicate effectively to provide feedback, updates, and recommendations throughout the software development lifecycle.
