The company has offices in the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India.We are looking for a seasoned Senior MES AX Tester with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in database management, middleware, and web services. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in customizations, integrations, and test management within complex IT environments.Key Responsibilities : Testing & Quality Assurance : - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.- Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure their resolution.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and quality of code.Technical Expertise : - Utilize database skills (SQL Server) to perform data validation, testing, and analysis.- Work with MQ (Message Queue) systems to test and validate message transactions.- Test and validate web services, ensuring their performance, reliability, and security.- Implement and test BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) processes.Customizations and Integrations : - Test customizations and integrations involving DIXF (Data Import Export Framework), web services, and AIF (Application Integration Framework).- Validate SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) reports and data integration processes.- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of BizTalk 2016, BarTender, and .NET applications within the Dynamics 365 environment.Rules Engine and Middleware : - Test and validate rules engine configurations to ensure business logic and workflows are correctly implemented.- Collaborate with middleware teams to ensure proper data flow and process orchestration.Test Management : - Utilize test management tools to plan, manage, and report on testing activities.- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability from requirements to test cases.Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.- Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and reports to stakeholders.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 8 to 12 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Proficiency in database management (SQL Server) and query writing.- Experience with MQ systems, web services, BPEL, and rules engines.- Strong knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, BizTalk 2016, BarTender, and .NET.- Familiarity with Windows OS 2012 and related server management.- Hands-on experience with test management tools.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and MES applications.- Prior experience in customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 using DIXF, AIF, and web services.Location : Hyderabad (ref:hirist.tech)
