Job Description : Software EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Software Engineer proficient in software design and development with a strong command of various technologies including Java, Java-J2EE, Spring Boot, Ajax, REST API, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of both SQL databases (such as MySQL or Oracle) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB or DynamoDB). Experience in unit testing using JUnit or Mockito is essential, along with a background in designing and architecting systems with high scalability and performance requirements.Key Responsibilities :1. Platform Development: Participate actively in platform requirements and story development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.2. Design and Development: Contribute to the design and coding of requirements and stories, while also participating in code and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintainability.3. Testing and Continuous Integration: Develop use cases and unit test cases, executing them as part of the continuous integration pipeline to maintain code quality and reliability.4. Infrastructure Design: Demonstrate the ability to design infrastructure for performance evaluation and reporting of cloud-based services, particularly on AWS. Deep understanding and practical experience with key AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch are highly desirable. Certification in AWS architecture would be an added advantage.Qualifications and Skills :- Proficiency in Java, Java-J2EE, Spring Boot, Ajax, REST API, and Microservices.- Working knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).- Experience in unit testing using JUnit or Mockito.- Ability to design systems with high scalability and performance requirements.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Test-Driven Development.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively. Skilled in collaborating with internal and external technical resources and providing mentorship on technical matters.Process Skills :- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.- Test-Driven Development: Experience in Test-Driven Development practices to drive the development process with a focus on quality and reliability.
