Primary Skill : Endeca, Java ,Spring Secondary Skills : Agile Methodology, Shell script, Git, Jenkins github ,SQL Must Have Skills :- 3+ years of experience in Endeca/Java development.- Hands on coding experience from requirement gathering analysis estimation high-level design to deployment and testing.- Must have knowledge on : Endeca Java Spring.- Linux shell script Git are good to have.- Debugging and Analysis skills.- Ability to work independently with minimum/no support.- Work closely with client on all requirement gathering and estimation.- Excellent communication skills.Job Description : We are seeking an accomplished Java Tech Lead with a 3+ years of hands-on experience to join us on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java8 Spring Boot Microservices and possess a strong understanding of design principles and patterns. Additionally proficiency in technologies including Kafka Azure Serverless SQL DB along with robust coding skills logical thinking good communication and collaboration abilities are crucial. Experience with CI/CD DevOps and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance and support.- Design develop and deliver robust software solutions using Java8 Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.- Architect and implement Microservices-based systems adhering to design principles and patterns.- Apply design principles and patterns to create scalable and reliable systems.- Expertise in technologies including Kafka Azure Serverless and SQL DB.- Demonstrate strong hands-on coding skills and logical thinking.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.- Implement CI/CD practices and work within a DevOps culture.- Embrace and promote Agile methodologies.- Foster an environment of innovation collaboration and agile development. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.- Proficiency in Java8 Spring Boot and Microservices.- Strong understanding of design principles and patterns.- Hands-on experience with Kafka Azure Serverless and SQL DB.- Excellent coding skills and logical thinking abilities.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Champion best practices in coding testing and CI/CD.- Previous experience in an Agile environment.
