Job Description :Responsibilities :- Conduct detailed scoping of SAP C4C solutions to align with business requirements.- Configure business settings including code list mapping and language adaptation.- Integrate SAP C4C with other CX products and SAP systems such as SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation process.- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and integration workflows.- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP C4C and related technologies.Requirements :- Strong knowledge in the scoping of SAP C4C solutions and business configuration.- Expertise in code list mapping and language adaptation within SAP C4C.- In-depth experience with integration of SAP C4C with SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC using SAP CPI.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
