We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead specialized in Laravel to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role where you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing the development and implementation of Laravel projects, providing technical guidance and expertise, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects. As a Tech Lead Laravel, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze and resolve technical issues, and actively participate in the development and enhancement of web applications using Laravel.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.- Oversee the development and implementation of Laravel projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring the stability and performance of web applications.- Actively participate in the development and enhancement of web applications using Laravel, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Ensure efficient database design and optimization to support application requirements.- Utilize version control systems, such as Git, for code management and collaboration.- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in web development, particularly within the Laravel ecosystem.Qualifications : - In-depth knowledge and experience with the Laravel framework.- Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.- Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
