Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Technical Lead. The Project Manager - Technical Lead will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. Their day-to-day tasks include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with team members, managing resources, and ensuring the successful completion of IT projects.Qualifications : - Experience in project management and expediting- Strong knowledge of logistics management- Ability to manage and coordinate IT projects- Skills in project inspection and quality assurance- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Relevant certifications in project management or logistics- Experience in the IT industry is a plusResponsibilities : - Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.- Oversee project expediting, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely project delivery.- Conduct project inspections and quality assurance checks to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.- Manage logistics and procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, to support project needs.- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
