Description:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QE Delivery Manager as part of our Quality Engineering team. As a QE Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing QA teams consisting of Test Leads, Manual QAs, and Automation Developers. You will oversee the QA activities and manage multiple QA projects under. You will closely work with Sales and Account Management teams, Customer Stakeholders and Project teams to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, and agreed quality levels.Requirements :- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.- Good Experience on Automation Framework, Process, Strategy & Approach for Test Automation of rich UI, API's and backend service- Good experience on test automation related to rich UI, API's and backend service.- Have experience in testing of enterprise applications in US Health Insurance, US Health care, Banking & Telecom domains (substantial experience in at least one of the given domains)- Understands the need and focus on various testing types: black / white box, unit, integration, system, user acceptance, test-driven development, automation, etc.- Strong knowledge and experience in AGILE methodology.- Experience on using of tools like JIRA and Confluence.- Knowledge on managing team size of 50+ team members.- Experience in working with Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) to streamline the testing process.- Communicate timely status, including any potential risks/issues to the appropriate teams to ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget, and quality constraints.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with business, project, and development teams and bridge communication gaps.- Knowledge of Non Functional Testing will be an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
