JOB DESCRIPTION FOR System Engineer (VIP Support) Title: System Engineer (VIP Support) L2 Open Positions: 1 Work Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai Work Timings: Rotational Shift Responsibilities: Providing L2 technical support to respective L1 engineers. Administrator role for server &network (Switches, Firewall, Routers, Wireless equipment andserver). L2 Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system L2 Support for troubleshooting of network hardware (Firewall, router, NAS, CCTV, biometricsystem, IP-PBX systems) Support for VMware, VMbox, FTP, FTPS, AD, DHCP VM backup Support for office 365, Microsoft products. Daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS reports. Monitoring & Manage servers, Firewall, network, internet link, VM Backup,other Backup Application. Support to team by performing tasks. Coordination with vendors for new purchase & renewservice. Handling management calls. Manage all inventory - software &hardware / License Being able to update & maintainApple IMAC and Apple laptops as well. Manage IT related vendor invoice & bill, also coordinate with admin & Finance for payment. Providingtraining & meeting with L1 Engineer. Attend a meeting with a client for a new project & troubleshooting problem, created plan activity. Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequentresolutions. Making use of help desk systems to prioritize work-load and updating queries and calls Installed and configured various applications Software’s Like, Win 10 pro, MS Office 2013, 2016,O365, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer. Candidate Profile: Experience: Min 3 years of experience in VIP Support/MAC OS. Qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate/HSC+Diploma Notice Period: Max upto 30 days Requirements: Good MAC OS & VIP Support knowledge. Good Windows Server & Active Directory knowledge. Default ports and outlook configuration knowledge. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Problem solving skills and multitasking ability. Good communications & presentation skills.
