We are expanding our digital marketing team to enhance our B2B marketing efforts in the US healthcare market. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Social Media Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B social media management and email marketing, specifically within the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LinkedIn Marketing, Webinars, and Meta Suite. This is an in-office role based in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our healthcare management services. - Manage and optimize Neolytix's presence on LinkedIn, including content creation, posting, and community engagement. - Plan and execute webinars and virtual events to showcase Neolytix’s expertise and engage with potential clients. - Utilize Meta Suite tools to manage and monitor social media campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. - Monitor industry trends and best practices in B2B healthcare marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics. - Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of social media and email marketing efforts. - Foster relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the healthcare industry to amplify our reach and credibility. - Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and tailor content to their specific needs and pain points. - Leverage data and analytics to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies. - Foster strong relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance credibility and reach. - Stay current with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B social media management and email marketing, with a focus on the US healthcare market. - Proven experience in LinkedIn Marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and community engagement. - Experience in planning and executing webinars and virtual events. - Proficiency with Meta Suite tools and other social media management platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience with social media and email marketing analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: - Experience with marketing automation tools such as Active Campaign. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media content. - Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in US healthcare marketing.
