Description:

Role Responsibilities:  Pleasant face between visitor and AEPL employee/s  Help visitors connect with the concerned person seamlessly  Ensure front office and waiting area is spic-n-span  Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of the office  Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor for day to day activities  Manage travel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing, hotel booking, cab/transport partner etc.  Manage and coordinate with the courier agency for all incoming and outgoing couriers  Manage and coordinate with all white goods vendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs, Refrigerator, Lighting, Furniture, Paint etc.  All necessary stationery and other material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) is stacked properly in designated space/place  Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access Skill & Experience Required:  Proven work experience as a Front Desk and Administration Executive or similar role for minimum 2 years  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook)  Pleasant to talk to  Professional attitude and appearance  Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati)  Ability to be resourceful and proactive to find solutions to challenges, if any  Excellent organizational skills  Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks  Customer service attitude
