Description:
About the Role :- We are seeking a driven and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to join our team.- You will play a critical role in leading the successful implementation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across our organization.- You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage project lifecycles, ensure smooth integrations, and drive user acceptance to maximize the value of our investment in SAP SuccessFactors.Responsibilities :- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their HR requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, scope definition, and resource allocation.- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, consultants, and subject matter experts.- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules (e. g. , Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management) according to best practices.- Ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems and other enterprise applications.- Develop and implement a robust change management strategy to promote user adoption and minimize disruption.- Manage risks and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular project updates and status reports.- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip users with the necessary skills to utilize SAP SuccessFactors effectively.- Manage post-implementation activities, including ongoing support, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration.- Document project processes and procedures for future reference.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.Qualifications :- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors product suite and its HR functionalities.- Excellent project management skills, including scope definition, risk management, and resource allocation.- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with change management methodologies (a plus).- Experience with data migration and integration tools (a plus).
