Job Description :- Company is currently hiring a talented and motivated Developer Experience Engineer to join our team.- This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to have a significant impact on the user experience of our developers.- As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping how our developers interact with our tools and platforms.- Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our developers have an exceptional experience while building, testing, and deploying applications.- This includes improving the usability of our software solutions, as well as enhancing documentation, training, and debugging tools.Responsibilities :- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify areas for improving the developer experience.- Design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and systems that boost developer productivity.- Monitor and analyze developer feedback to continuously enhance the developer experience.- Provide technical guidance and support to developers.- Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for software development.- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software development.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Experience in software development.- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.- Familiarity with modern software development tools and technologies like Git, JIRA, and Docker.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Passion for enhancing the developer experience and building tools that simplify the lives of developers.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Nice to have :- Experience with GitHub.- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as GitHub Actions or JenkinsSkills & Requirements : GitHub, AWS or Azure, jenkinsLocation: Kochi, Kerala (ref:hirist.tech)
