This enables employees to learn in the flow of work, develop a growth mindset, and propel their careers to the next level.Who we are?AntWalk was founded by team of Mckinsey/ISB alums and life-long passionate teachers, who believe that "Knowledge acquired by Professionals through years of hard work is a treasure chest, which can help professionals shape their careers and help companies create rockstars from their existing workforce".We are a Series A funded startup backed by Amazing Investors like Y Combinator, GSV Ventures, and Matrix Partners What will you do? - As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of backend developers to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.- The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in backend development.Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of backend developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.- Implement best practices for backend development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.- Ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.What experience and skills do you need?
