About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll modules to optimize our HR processes and ensure accurate payroll operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data specialists to deliver successful implementations and ongoing support.Responsibilities:- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll requirements for Employee Central and Payroll.- Analyze and translate business needs into technical configurations within SAP SuccessFactors.- Configure and maintain core Employee Central functionalities like employee data management, organizational structures, job positions, and workflows.- Implement and integrate payroll functionalities, including pay types, deductions, taxes, and benefits administration.- Configure and manage payroll rules and calculations for accurate compensation processing.- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.- Work with data specialists to ensure accurate data migration and ongoing data management within EC and Payroll.- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful system functionality.- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on utilizing Employee Central and Payroll effectively.- Provide ongoing support to internal teams and troubleshoot payroll issues.- Document system configurations and processes for future reference.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll functionalities and best practices.Qualifications:- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll configuration and implementation.- Proven experience in working with HR and payroll processes.- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC and Payroll modules, including core functionalities and configuration options.- Strong understanding of payroll concepts and calculations.- Experience with data migration techniques and tools for HR and payroll data.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools (a plus).- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with other HR systems (a plus).
