Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead based in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will serve as a key member of the development team, providing technical guidance, leadership, and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing technical tasks, facilitating communication among team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall technical strategy and architecture.Key Responsibilities :- Project Oversight : Oversee day-to-day technical tasks related to projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and best practices.- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.- Team Collaboration : Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, promoting knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and innovation.- Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, identify technical solutions, and provide input into the overall project strategy and architecture.- ServiceNow Development : Utilize expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), configurations, customizations, and integrations, to design and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Leadership Experience : Demonstrate previous experience leading a team of developers or administrators in the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.- IT Service Management (ITSM) : Possess an in-depth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive effective solution design and implementation.- Web Technologies : Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML and CSS, as well as integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and end-users.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- A Master's degree is a plus.- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow developer, with hands-on experience in scripting, configurations, and customizations.- Leadership Experience : Previous experience leading a team of developers or administrators in the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.- ITSM Knowledge : In-depth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.- Web Technologies : Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML and CSS, as well as integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Good to Have Skills :- Team Building : Ability to build and train a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.- Passion for Learning : Enthusiasm for staying updated on trending technical areas and taking on challenges to learn new technologies.Location : Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
