The platform is built on a cloud-native architecture and leverages the power of the Snowflake Data Cloud.Summary :- Securonix, the cloud-based detection leader of SIEM, UEBA, and advanced detection analytics, is disrupting how security is delivered.- We enable enterprise customers and MDR providers with a world-class SaaS detection solution that detects sophisticated insider threats and cyber-attacks, improving MTTD and enabling faster MTTR.- Our security analytics platform delivers leading detection for some of the largest organizations in the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and federal sectors and global Service Providers.- As a Securonix Platform product manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of the Securonix Unified Defense SIEM platform.- To maximize market demand while innovating and differentiating, we seek a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Product Manager for the Ingestion Platform team.- This individual will see product development from inception to delivery to advance our position as the leading provider of Self-learning SIEM.- Your passion for world-class security products will produce a highly competitive, differentiated, prioritized roadmap focused on the collection, secure transport, enrichment and parsing of security data to the SIEM platform.- You will drive outbound activities while guiding inbound execution with Product Managers/ Owners and Engineering.Responsibilities:- As a Senior Product Manager for Securonix, you will define the vision and strategy for key projects with the Securonix Hub, Data Pipelines, Enrichment and Parsing Platform- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide an excellent customer experience for the Securonix platform.- Drive Research and Development to understand customer needs, domain problems, and market requirements to stay ahead of the curve.- Demonstrate lean product management skills to build comprehensive plans, identify risks, and ensure smooth releases.- Build and Maintain insights metrics that provide transparency to all stakeholders on success, progress, and quality.- Build and maintain outstanding relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams.Required Skills :- 5 or more years working as a Product Manager managing SIEM/UEBA/EDR/NDR/XDR products or similar big data platforms- In depth experience working with remote agent technologies, container environments, Kafka or other streaming technologies- Working knowledge of market trends Linux System Administration best practices.- Prior experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a strong plus.- You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably cloud-native products.- Expert verbal and written communicator.- Hands-on experience leading and participating in delivery through Agile methodologies.- Expert Agile and lead product management experience with a strong entrepreneurial and start-up mindset- Be an expert in competitive analysis and share strategic inputs to drive product definition and prioritization decisions- Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with a minimum direction (self-starter will be a plus)- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority- Ability to drive sales enablement and support marketing teams' outbound activities, which would re-enforce our leadership positionBenefits :- As a full-time employee with Securonix, you will be eligible for the following employee benefits:- Health Insurance with a total sum insured is INR 5,00,000- Coverage: Self, Spouse, 2 kids, Dependent parents, or parents-in-law- Personal Accident with total sum insured is INR 10,00,000Term Life Insurance with a sum assured for employees is 5 times fixed base pay is covered.Securonix, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
