Description:
About the Role :- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team.- You will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from our data to drive informed decision-making across the organization.- You will leverage your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and programming to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.- Collect, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis.- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve specific business problems (e.g., classification, regression, recommendation systems).- Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models.- Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise visualizations and presentations.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science methodologies and tools.- Document your work thoroughly for future reference and collaboration.- Participate in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure.- Maintain a high standard of coding practices and software development principles.Qualifications :- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.- Experience with data wrangling and data cleaning techniques.- Understanding of database concepts (SQL) a plus.- Curiosity and passion for exploring and uncovering insights from data.Location : Pan India (ref:hirist.tech)
