Job Description : Job Responsibilities :- Utilize your 10+ years of experience in UX design to deliver outstanding results.- Demonstrate excellent core visual and interaction design skills, along with strong technical capabilities in prototyping, front-end presentation technology, and user-centered design methods.- Design and develop components, patterns, and system-level approaches that optimize for flexibility, reusability, usability, performance, brand distinction, and visual appeal.- Define and drive design systems that create a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring scalability and adaptability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for value creation using UX methods, going beyond solving execution problems.- Architect enterprise-quality components, foundational utilities, and highly functional proofs-of-concept, contributing to the overall technical excellence of our digital products.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.Job Requirements.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.- Extensive experience in UX design, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.- Strong proficiency in core visual and interaction design skills.- Excellent technical skills in prototyping, front-end presentation technology, and user-centered design methods.- Demonstrated expertise in designing components, patterns, and system-level approaches.- Proven experience in defining and driving design systems.- Ability to identify new opportunities for value creation using UX methods.- Experience in architecting enterprise-quality components and proofs-of-concept.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Location : Gurugram (ref:hirist.tech)
