Whizqiz products have been heavily researched and our Career Guidance Test has been used across schools both in India and Gulf regions.Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services.Role Review :We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Technical team. The positions presents an opportunity to :- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs for our Web Applications.- Manage the exchange of data between the server and the users.- Troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.- Continuously suggest and implement improvements to make our development processes more efficient and to keep our technology stack up to date.- You will also be responsible for the integration of the front-end frameworks.Requirements : - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/B. Tech/ M. tech/MCA- Experience: 3-5 Years of proven work experience on back-end stacks and distributed systems.- Proficiency in at least one programming languages among Node.js, Java, or Python etc.- Strong knowledge of database technologies including SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).- Development experience using at least one web framework: Spring Boot, Vert.x, Django, Flask, Maven, etc.- Development experience for dependency management using tools like Maven, NPM, etc. - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Knowledge of SOA principles and practices, along with a strong background in backend development. Implement scalable and efficient solutions that meet the requirements of the application architecture.- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Write complex MySQL queries and optimize database performance. Implement database security measures to protect sensitive data.- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend systems. Optimize code, database queries, and system architecture for improved scalability and responsiveness.- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with frontend developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members and stakeholders.- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in backend development technologies, tools, and best practices. Continuously improve coding skills and adopt new techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of backend development processes. - Documentation and Maintenance: Document technical specifications, API endpoints, and system architecture for reference and future maintenance.
