Key Responsibilities :- Lead and execute testing activities for complex software applications, encompassing functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing, ensuring the reliability and performance of our software products.- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate software functionality and performance, adhering to industry standards and best practices.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, leveraging automation tools and techniques to streamline testing processes.- Mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and analysis, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the quality of our testing efforts.- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize testing activities, and ensure alignment on testing priorities throughout the software development lifecycle.- Analyze test results meticulously, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.- Participate actively in the identification and resolution of software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain the integrity of our software products.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies and tools, continuously improving our testing processes and capabilities to meet evolving requirements.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Master's degree preferred.- Extensive experience in software testing, with a focus on functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing, preferably in a leadership role.- Strong expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases, with a demonstrated ability to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks, utilizing automation tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to effectively interact with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing test results, identifying trends, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies and tools.If you are passionate about software testing and possess the leadership skills and technical expertise required to lead testing activities for complex software applications, we encourage you to apply for this position and join our team.
