Job Description :We are seeking a talented Operations Developer to join our team and support our Master Data Management (MDM) project, specifically focusing on Reltio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our MDM platform, contributing to the overall success of our data management initiatives. Exposure to Data Governance principles and experience with tools like Collibra will be considered advantageous.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with the MDM team to support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Reltio platform.- Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues within the MDM environment, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data governance policies and procedures within the MDM framework, leveraging Collibra or similar tools.- Assist in the design and implementation of data quality checks and validation rules to ensure the accuracy and reliability of master data.- Participate in the testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and patches within the MDM/Reltio environment.- Contribute to the documentation of operational procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines for the MDM platform.- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on MDM best practices, usage guidelines, and data governance principles.- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of the MDM infrastructure.- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in MDM, data governance, and related technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.- Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the MDM/Reltio environment.Requirements :- Proven experience (2-5 years) in operations support or development roles, preferably in the context of Master Data Management or similar data management projects.- Strong understanding of MDM concepts and methodologies, with hands-on experience working with Reltio or similar MDM platforms.- Familiarity with data governance principles and experience with tools like Collibra or equivalent data governance platforms.- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience with automation tools for operational tasks.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is a plus.- Certification in Reltio or Collibra is desirable but not mandatory.
