We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the seamless coordination of project activities and the delivery of high-quality deliverables. As the primary point of contact for quality-related discussions and escalations, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success by prioritizing work, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving quality and efficiency, we invite you to apply for this position.Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the overall coordinator for all project activities, liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for quality-related matters, handling first-level escalations and facilitating discussions to address any issues or concerns.- Ensure the presence of the team and formal work allocations are completed according to agreed timelines, maintaining productivity and adherence to project schedules.- Prioritize work based on project discussions and decisions, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project objectives.- Prepare all necessary documentation as per standard requirements, maintaining comprehensive records of project activities and deliverables.- Ensure that quality standards are met and deliverables are provided on time, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as necessary.- Follow up on tasks that are pending with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing any bottlenecks or delays.- Highlight project risks or concerns to the client, facilitating discussions and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Conduct daily stand-up calls to review day-to-day activities and track progress towards targets, fostering collaboration and accountability within the team.- Plan catch-up activities in case of missed targets, coordinating efforts to mitigate any delays and maintain project momentum.- Coordinate with the Automation team to identify opportunities for automation and drive the development of automation frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in project coordination or quality assurance roles, with a focus on software development projects.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.- Experience in preparing documentation and maintaining records in compliance with industry standards.- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Experience with automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
