Job Summary :Biorev is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our talented engineering team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Key Responsibilities :- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team, aligning their efforts with the company's vision and goals.- Develop and implement processes and best practices to ensure efficient and effective software development.- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.- Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.- Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates, to build a strong and diverse engineering team.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 8 years of experience as a software engineer or technical lead, with at least 3 years in a management role.- Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools.- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful software projects.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
