Job Description :Responsibilities :- Lead the technical architecture and development efforts for our virtual showroom platform.- Mentor and guide the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards.- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our platform.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and scalability.- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in coding, problem-solving, and communication.Requirements :- Proven experience as a technical leader or lead developer in a fast-paced environment.- Expertise in Three.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to make strategic technical decisions while considering business goals and constraints.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Bonus Skills :- Previous experience in ecommerce or retail technology.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Knowledge of 3D rendering techniques and optimization strategies.
