Role includes approaching overseas clients and assisting them with their buying needs from India. KRAs Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop project plans and manage projects related to business development, such as developing new products or services, entering new markets, and establishing partnerships Lead generation using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn outreach, email, cold calling etc. Arrange appointments / business meeting with prospective clients Collaborate with other departments within the organization to develop new products and services that meet customer needs. Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital marketing channels. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention. Order execution and follow-ups CRM management-Manage leads in CRM Software Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions and file documents Assisting the management with business operations Experience & Preference Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Proficiency in English is a must (Advance level English since this is international sales) No traveling required Skill Strong sales and marketing skills, including the ability to generate leads and close deals. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to research the market and analyse customer behavior. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate the organization's value proposition and negotiate deals with clients. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong networking skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, industry experts, and other stakeholders. Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Strong Reporting and analysis skills
