Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Keon Reftech Pvt Ltd Job Description: Responsibilities: Identifying Opportunities: Research and identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email marketing, and social media to expand the company's customer base. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also pursuing new client acquisitions. This includes understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and proposing appropriate solutions. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services and demonstrating how they can meet the client's needs. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements or contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the company and adapt strategies accordingly. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. Requirements: Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably in the relevant industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM software for lead and opportunity tracking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events. A passion for staying updated on industry trends and developments.
