We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI/ML Engineer/Researcher to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our AI initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.Responsibilities :- Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms and models.- Spearhead efforts to explore and incorporate cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to solve complex problems.- Architect scalable and efficient AI systems to handle large-scale data processing and analysis.- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, algorithms, and methodologies.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define AI/ML strategies and drive innovation.- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research and technology, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.- Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.- Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.- Proven expertise in a wide range of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to challenging problems.- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Prior experience in a leadership or senior role in AI/ML research or engineering is highly desirable.
