You will be collaboorating with tech leads, engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.Qualifications :- Experience : 3 - 5 years in engineering management/software development experience- in AWS, MongoDB, and Node.js.- Startup Mindset : Adaptability and eagerness to navigate startup challenges.- Leadership Skills : Inspirational leadership with cross-functional people management.- You're never tired of learning.- You want to be a pro in bleeding edge tech.- Experienced developing in cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Snowflake at scale.- Experience with real-time data streaming tools like Kafka, Kinesis, Apache Storm or any similar tools.- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, MongoDB or other open source big data tools.- System Architecture, Code Review, team mentoring/handling, Performance Engineering.- Excellent design and programming skills primarily in Full Stack with a focus on enterprise server solutions using Java.- (Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate), automation testing and deployment tools and CI/CD.- (Docker, Kubernetes). Responsibilities :- Take on a pivotal role as an individual contributor, showcasing leadership in a cross-functional environment.- Drive personal accountability and excellence in software engineering practices.- Oversee codebase stability and implement best practices independently.- Tackle challenges related to managing various branches, ensuring graceful merges in GitHub.- Implement and refine disciplined development and testing processes for optimal code quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance development workflows.- Work closely with product managers and tech leads taking ownership of projects for successful delivery.- Contribute to the technical roadmap independently, staying abreast of industry trends.- Provide expert advice to tech leads on backend architecture and technical decision-making.- Codebase Stability : Demonstrated ability to enhance code stability and reliability.Location : Bangalore, India (ref:hirist.tech)
