Hiring for OnBase Software DeveloperLocation - AnyExperience (Relevant) : - 2-15 Years.We are seeking a talented OnBase Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in OnBase development, and workflow management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals.- Experience in Workflow and Workview- Experience in the Development of OnBase systems and solutions.- Experience in presenting and demonstrating the OnBase solution to non-technical resources.- Experience in designing, documenting, and implementing OnBase projects and working with the wider business to deliver specific tasks to clearly defined Scope of Works.- Help coach and develop a wider Development team to maximize their technical understanding of the OnBase system- Experience in writing technical documents such as Scope of Works and/or Functional Specifications.Requirements : - 2-12 years of experience in OnBase development.- Proficiency in Workflow and Workview.- Strong understanding of OnBase architecture and functionality.- Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain OnBase systems and solutions.- Design, document, and implement OnBase projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.- Present and demonstrate OnBase solutions to non-technical stakeholders.- Coach and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills in OnBase development.- Write technical documents such as Scope of Works and Functional Specifications.
