Job Post : Senior/Lead MERN Stack Developer. Experience : 5+ Years. Location : Ahmedabad (WFO). Responsibilities :- Work as a Senior/Lead team member alongside other application developers.- Participate in full-stack code and architecture reviews.- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.- Maintain existing applications.- Collaborate and guide other team members (developers, designers, project managers, etc.).- Ensure code quality through thorough testing and debugging processes.- Conduct code reviews and ensure continuous improvement in code quality of the team.Requirements :- 5+ years of relevant experience with the MERN stack.- Good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.- Excellent understanding of JavaScript.- Excellent understanding of React & Node.js programming languages.- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.) and CSS preprocessor scripting languages (LESS, SASS, SCSS, etc.).- Experience developing client-facing modular applications using modern frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, and an advanced demonstrable level of knowledge in Typescript and Javascript.- Excellent understanding of MongoDB.- Experience integrating with third parties via APIs.- Experience managing source control using Git.- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL & SQL Server) and caching solutions : Redis, Memcache.- Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Vagrant/Docker.- Must have experience with the Express framework.- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.- Ability to manage a team and multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
