Job Description :Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement OSLC based applications and interfaces that seamlessly integrate with IBM ELM applications.- Utilize Java and JavaScript programming languages to build robust and scalable solutions.- Leverage expertise in Java frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, or JSF, to enhance application functionality.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, code review, and testing.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.- Work effectively within an Agile development environment.- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to ensure application performance and stability.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in OSLC, IBM ELM applications, and relevant technologies.Qualifications :- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on enterprise applications.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- In-depth knowledge of IBM ELM applications (EWM, ETM, ERM, etc.).- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript programming languages.- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JSF (a plus).- Proven experience in developing OSLC-based applications and interfaces.- Experience with REST APIs and web services.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.- Working knowledge of database concepts (preferably Oracle) and SQL.- Experience leading or participating in team development efforts (a plus).- Experience with Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Plus Skills : Proficiency in Python programming language.Location : Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
