Job Description :Role & Responsibilities :- Work with business, technical, and product leads to understand the business vision, objectives and transformation plans to help identify opportunities, outline UX strategies and execute for competitive advantage with respect to user journey (onboarding, service, post-service etc.)- Perform user study to identify user needs and participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. You will continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize solutions.- Shape the vision and roadmap for UX initiatives to align with strategic priorities or overall product strategy.- Ideate new user experience flow and work to create conceptual sketches to communicate design ideas as well as detailed design specifications for the finished product. - Ensure brand standards are appropriately integrated throughout all phases of the design process such as conceptual design, storyboards, persona/scenario development, user task/interaction flow diagrams, information hierarchy, wireframes and prototypes.- Conduct information architecture study and identify avenues of improvement to re-design information architecture for web product led user experience design- Work with developers, data scientists, or data engineers to ensure that products get built efficiently, meet user needs, and provide actionable insights.- Accountable for developing and achieving product level KPIs with respect to user experience- Run A/B tests to compare different design variations and determine which one performs better in terms of user engagement and satisfaction.- Owns and maintains the product design backlog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization. Accountable for clear, actionable user stories.- Sets priorities and actively participates in squad/team quarterly planning. Collaborates with more senior Product Owners to set priorities for program quarterly planning.- Sets expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities. Participates in team demos, retrospectives, and all other ceremonies.- Monitors and maintains the product health, supporting long-term product viability and efficiency, and balancing long and short term and costs with- desired outcomes.- - Understands regulatory, compliance, and other industry constraints on the product and prioritizes accordingly. Negotiates with internal and external teams to ensure priorities are aligned across squads/teams both within and outside the portfolio.Candidate Profile :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human behavior, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proved experience of 4+ years in creating and implementing UX design as UX designer/UX product owner or other similar roles in his previous experience- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of other industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Indesign, Sketch, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)- Expertise with UX/UI design principles, and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), and software engineering concepts is a plus.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in Agile environments.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across team.- Strong Presentation and leadership skills- Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams- Strong team-work, co-ordination, organization and planning skills- Ability to capture complex requirements in a prioritized back (ref:hirist.tech)
