Location : ChennaiMode : Work from officeShifts : Willing to work in Shifts.Budget : 36 LPANP : Max 30 days.- Manage a large software digital modernization program with end-to-end ownership involving setting up of environment, requirements gathering, Architecture, development, release management and support - Establish and drive governance with Customers and internal stakeholders - Able to work in a matrix organization structure to meet project and stakeholder objectives - Project planning, monitoring, and status reporting to customers and other stakeholders - Proactively manage risks to mitigate any impact and plan for contingencies wherever needed - Setup and establish continuous improvement mechanism for meeting the project milestones and service levels - Team performance management by setting goals & objectives aligned to stakeholders and program - Constantly look for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost - Contribute to organization level initiatives - Resolve any issues and judiciously escalate for support as needed. - Should be hands-on and able to get into details to analyse and resolve issues - Build healthy and professional relationship with customers and team for seamless delivery - Ability to work independently with internal stake holders and vendors to fulfil project demands like staffing, training, software and infrastructure - Approving attendance, timesheets, leave and provide vital data for accurate invoicing - Flexibility to work out of office or customer location according to the program need (ref:hirist.tech)
