Job Title: Talent Operations Manager Budget: 60-80k INR/month Yrs of experience: 5+ Location: Must be Delhi based, in office 3 days a week Roles and Responsibilities Work very closely alongside the Head of Recruitment to implement new ideas & to make changes to existing processes. Technology Implementation: Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the recruitment process. Train staff on the use of new tools and systems. ATS Management: Implement changes and updates to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). KPI Tracking and Reporting Operational Support: Assist in the implementation of new operational processes. Identify areas for process improvements & improve operational efficiency. Essential Requirements Proven track record in an operational role, with a focus on improving processes. Experience managing and implementing projects Excellent verbal communication skills Recruitment Industry Experience: Previous experience in the recruitment industry or a similar field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Have the confidence to take decisions & to see them through. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and implementation processes. Strong Excel / Google Sheets experience for making reports Desired Requirements Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience adding new technology & new software to improve a process
