Job Description: Position: Regional Manager CTC: Upto 20 LPA Location: Mumbai (Andheri) Experience Required: 5-7 Years Roles & Responsibilities of a Regional Manager: 1. Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team Supply Chain Finance, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to achieve and exceed targets, through strategic coaching and development initiatives, Empowering them to drive exceptional results and maximize revenue growth. 2. Implementing targeted sales strategies and initiatives to expand our market presence and acquire new clients. By leveraging industry expertise and market insights, identify growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem. 3. Managing the drawdown process, overseeing an extensive portfolio of the region. 4. Leveraging a strategic approach, Expanding AUM, driving significant revenue increases for both individual clients and institutional portfolios. 5. Implement retention strategies and successfully renew existing cases, solidifying long-term partnerships with valued clients and enhancing the overall portfolio's stability and growth. 6. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless customer experiences. Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. ● 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in sales or business development within the fintech industry. ● Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. ● Deep understanding of the fintech landscape and market dynamics. ● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
