You will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality, scalable solutions, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Designation : Engineering ManagerEducation : B.Tech/B.E/ BCA/MCA /M.TechExperience : 8+ yrsBudget : As per IndustryLocation : HyderabadMust Have : Tech Stack : Backend - Linux (Ubuntu), ASP.NET Core, C#, Nginx, MongoDB, EventStoreDBFrontend - JavaScript, React ,SASS Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Architect and design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions.- Work closely with developers to produce high-level solutions and documentation.- Help solve technical problems when they arise.- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.Team Management : - Mentor junior team members in key decision making.- Set up and improve processes to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.- Establish and champion best practices for development.- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.- Motivate and drive the team to achieve high-quality deliverables.Project Management : - Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time.- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.- Track project progress and identify potential risks.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and goals.Qualifications : - Should have 8+ years of work experience in software development.- Possess 2-5 years of engineering management experience, preferably in a technology company.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Proficient in industry-standard development tools and technologies.
