Responsibilities :Network Infrastructure Design and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy Load Balancer, LAN, WAN, and Wireless network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Troubleshooting: Provide 3rd level troubleshooting for all Load Balancer, LAN, WAN, and Wireless alerts and issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.Configuration and Installation: Configure and install various network devices and services including Load Balancers, routers, switches, Wireless LAN Controller, and Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms.Software Upgradation: Perform software upgrades of network devices installed at Data Centers and remote sites, ensuring compatibility, stability, and security.Network Management: Manage all network systems to meet client's current and future requirements, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and security management.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of network infrastructure with business needs, providing technical expertise and recommendations.Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution, vendor management, and procurement of network equipment and services.Technology Upgrades: Stay informed about the latest advancements in networking technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve network performance and security.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, procedures, and incidents, ensuring accessibility and clarity for future reference.Network Diagrams: Create and maintain accurate network diagrams for Data Centers and remote sites, depicting network topology, device interconnections, and traffic flow.Team Guidance: Guide team members to solve significant network problems or issues, providing mentorship and technical expertise as needed.Technical Trainings: Conduct technical trainings to internal resources to enhance their skills and knowledge in networking technologies and best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in network engineering roles, with a focus on designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level network infrastructure.- Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Load Balancers, LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies.- Proficiency in network device installation, configuration, and management, including routers, switches, Wireless LAN Controllers, and QoS mechanisms.- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.- Experience with network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control mechanisms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Relevant certifications (e.g. , CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc.) are preferred.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune (ref:hirist.tech)
